How do I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Our fulfillment warehouses carefully pack and ship your items as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

How long does delivery take?
We take pride in our high-quality control standards, which may result in slightly longer processing times.
Estimated delivery times to all of Australia are between 6-9 business days, depending on the product, season, and demand.
